The woman

My work starts with a question: how do we turn a connection into an opportunity someone can use?
I’m Gabrieline Reece, founder and executive director of Women Who Influence, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2021. I bring entrepreneurs, community partners, corporate leaders, and public-sector decision-makers together around education, visibility, and economic opportunity.
My experience spans more than a decade in communications, branding, partnerships, fundraising, event strategy, and nonprofit leadership. I hold a BA and MBA in business management from Concordia University, St. Paul.
Storytelling is part of that work, too. I created Shot of Influence, a documentary highlighting women’s entrepreneurship. Today, I’m building experiences that help people find their voice, share their work, and connect with the people and resources that can move them forward.
